BRAND GLO UP: Visual Identity
The strategy was to design a cohesive brand world that could transform "Plant Sound Girl" from a viral moment into a lasting platform for connection and growth. The goal was to create an experience that feels like stepping into a natural setting where plants are not just objects, but living beings, friends you can relate to and build a relationship with. Every design decision shaped a visual language that helps people feel more connected to nature. With a primarily female audience, we leaned into a soft, feminine aesthetic through organic forms, natural color palettes, and expressive typography that reflects both nature and femininity. The result is a brand system built to foster community, emotional connection, and long term impact.
Lila Rose is an environmental advocate helping people deepen their connection to nature through sound. Using technology that translates the bioelectrical signals of plants into music, she reveals the hidden rhythms of the natural world, inviting others to experience the wonder, intelligence, and aliveness of the plants around them.
While her work was resonating with people online, Lila had no name, visual identity, or cohesive brand presence to bring her vision to life. When she reached out, she had just experienced a viral moment and a rapidly growing audience, but no brand foundation to support it. The Flower Wave was designed as a symbol of nature’s voice, an intersection of technology and the organic world. The flowing waveforms are inspired by the device Lila uses to translate bioelectrical signals from plants into sound, while the floral elements honor the living presence of the plants she listens to. The result is a meaningful mark that gives visual form to the idea that plants have a voice of their own.
The result was a cohesive brand world that transformed a viral moment into a lasting platform. Plant Sound Girl now has a clear identity, visual language, and strategic foundation that allows Lila to fully communicate her mission and grow a dedicated community around it. With a recognizable presence across channels, she is able to build trust, expand her reach, and begin developing meaningful revenue streams—all while deepening her impact of helping people reconnect with nature through sound.
